Joshua Paletta understands that helping clients with their financial and investment needs begins with building strong, lasting partnerships. He focuses on listening to each client because he believes everyone's needs and financial goals for the future are unique. As a Financial Advisor, he put his clients and their needs first.

Specializing in planning-based approach to your money, he works with clients to design investment portfolios to meet their individual needs with an active risk management approach.

Before launching out with his own firm, Pascolo Private Wealth Management, 

 Joshua worked with a team of Dave Ramsey's SmartVestor Pros, because like Dave, his focus is on helping clients live their lives debt-free and financially independent. He is also one of the lead coaches for the Wealth with God faith-based wealth coaching course. 

Using his almost 20 years of experience in the financial industry, his primary goal is to help people FIND, FULFILL, and FINANCE their life's purpose and dreams.

As a financial coach, Joshua helped clients achieve their goals with money including being able to save more, spend smarter, pay off debt, and feel more comfortable and confident with money management and investing for multiplication. 

He shares this information through group and one-on-one coaching, and seminars internationally. Joshua started his financial career in the mortgage industry but soon thereafter joined JP Morgan Chase for 10 years where he enjoyed a successful career advancing from a licensed banker, to a small business specialist banker, to a private client banker, and finally becoming a fully licensed Financial Advisor. Joshua has also been certified through the International Coach Federation as a LIfeforming Leadership Coach.  

Joshua lives in Paola, Kansas with his wife Jacklyn, son Rocco, and daughters, Giovanna and Giuliana. Together they operate a small family farm primarily raising dairy sheep, but also have chickens, peacocks, and many different farm animals from time to time.
